Rosalind has recently moved to Timsbury in B&NES. She trained
as a social worker and whilst working as a probation officer realised
that many of her clients lived in difficult housing circumstances
and became active in trying to resolve these problems. Subsequently
she
trained with the Housing Corporation and worked in their London office.
Rosalind has worked for housing associations ever since and has risen
to the role of Senior Executive over the past 20 years. She currently
works freelance for housing associations and other housing related
organisations and also as a business mentor. She is an affiliate
housing inspector with the audit commission, eagerly awaiting her
first assignment.
Rosalind has a BA Social Sciences and a MA Social Studies and CQSW,
she is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing. She is currently
a non-executive Director of B&NES Primary Care Trust with lead
responsibilities for Public Health, Health Inequalities and the performance
of GPs and Pharmacists. She is also a member of the Local Strategic
Partnership for B&NES. Having been born in Liverpool, Rosalind
is a keen supporter of Liverpool Football Club and also likes to
play the Flute in her spare time.
