Daphne has lived in the area for over 35 years. She was previously Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of an engineering firm, gaining experience in accountancy work. Her voluntary work includes being Vice-Chairman of the tenants' District Panel from 1993 to September 2004 and current Vice-Chairman of the Calne and District Tenants’ Group. Daphne was Chairman of the Association's Housing Services Committee from September 1995 until September 1999, when she was elected Chairman of the Board of Management and served as such until her election as Vice Chairman in 2003, having been a member of the Board since the Association was formed. |
