Westlea's Management Board agrees plans for the future and makes sure that our work is properly carried out in line with these plans. The Board meets every two months, usually in Chippenham on Thursday evenings. Staff support and provide information to members to allow the Board to take decisions on behalf of Westlea.

• setting the objectives of Westlea;
• setting plans to achieve the objectives;
• approving the budget and accounts;
• monitoring Westlea's performance against agreed plans;
• ensuring that Westlea's affairs are conducted properly.
