Allison Bucknell


Allison Bucknell Allison has lived in the Lyneham area for nearly thirty years. She is now semi retired after a career working in the IT industry, where she has developed a wide range of general skills, and is working as a Keep Fit teacher for the over 60s. Allison holds a degree in Maths and Management Sciences. She has a small number of houses that she rents out privately, and her husband develops care homes. Allison and her husband also foster children, mainly from Swindon. She has been a local Councillor representing Lyneham since 1997, and is now the Wiltshire Unitary council for that division. Allison was appointed a member of the Westlea Board in July 2003 and is currently Vice-Chair of the Board.
