More new homes are on the way

Westlea has recently secured planning permission to build new homes in Wiltshire – 43 new homes will be built at Pound Mead in Corsham, and five houses at Parklands in Malmesbury.

Other new homes development projects underway, or soon to start, include 12 new homes at Frome Road in Southwick; 70 new homes on the site of the former Westlea police station in Swindon (see sketch, right); 42 homes at The Triangle in Swindon; and a new homelessness hostel in Salisbury.
