Westlea Housing Association has garages in the North Wiltshire area for rent, both
to its tenants and to private householders.
The rental charges for garages are:
- Westlea tenants: £6.68 per week
- Private tenants: £9.75 per week.
Although there are not many garages available at the present time, anyone interested in having their name added to the garage waiting list should contact us: using the phone numbers listed below; or by email using enquiries@westlea.co.uk; or download this application form, complete it, and return it to Westlea Housing Association. We will get back to you to advise whether there is a garage available for the area you are interested in.

(Chippenham, Corsham, and surrounding villages.)
Please note: garages are only available for the use of a private motor vehicle, except where express written agreement has been accepted by the organisation for storage purposes. There is, however, no insurance to cover for the storage of items, and tenants need to make their own insurance arrangements. The garages' average size is 2 metres wide by 5 metres long, although we have larger garages in some areas. Westlea guarantees maintenance of the garage areas for 'fair wear and tear' and has a long-term repair programme for general maintenance.
