Help us make the best use of adapted properties

From time-to-time we have adapted properties that are available to let, but we do not have any applicants who are suitable or need the accommodation at that time.

Adaptations may include a stairlift, a through-floor lift, or a walk-in shower (in houses and flats) rather than a bath. But this is an indicative list only because each property is different and we would review your needs at the time. If you think you would like to move and would benefit from some form of adaptation, or easier physical access to your home, then please contact the HomeMovers Team on 01249 466180 and we will see how we can help you. We cannot offer any guarantees, but we always like to make the best use of homes.

When we can’t let an adapted property, we usually have to pay to have the property put back to its original state - so it takes longer to let and loses more rental income than it needs to. It also means there is one less adapted home in the future!
