ACCOMMODATION:
Spring Tinings has six one-bedroom flats, with their own kitchen and bathroom, and eighteen studio apartments, with their own kitchen and toilet. Each flat can be accessed from the communal corridor or by an exterior door directly into the flat. A guest room is provided for use by visiting friends or relatives.
SHARED FACILITIES:
A comfortable communal lounge has a small library of books and videos and a piano. A laundry room

has a washing machine and tumble dryer with ironing facilities and two courtyard areas used for drying. Two food freezers are also provided for residents' use.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:
Tenants enjoy regular social activities including coffee mornings and bingo. The social committee, run by tenants, organises entertainment afternoons.
LOCAL AMENITIES:
Spring Tinings is situated in a quiet residential area, about 10-15 minutes walk from Corsham town centre; there is a regular bus service to the town. A doctors’ surgery, chemist, leisure centre and community centre are all nearby.
The scheme is served by daily deliveries of milk, post and newspapers. There is a daily postal collection from the scheme. Hairdressing and chiropodist appointments can be made by arrangement.
